Scott and I are back from a brilliantly exhausting trip to the USA for the Palm Springs Shortfest where LAPSE screened as part of the ‘Working Stiffs’ program.
We’d just like to tip our hats to all the films that we saw at the festival (over 100 of the 317 films!), they were fantastic. An additional mention to the following films which we thought were something special: CARGO (Leo Woodhead), SUPPLY AND DEMAND (Frédéric Farrucci), HAKIM (Ismail Sahin), TOYLAND (Jochen Alexander Freydank), ANIMATED AMERICAN (James Baker, Joe Haidar) and CAIRN (Hanne Larsen). Wish we could mention them all!
The Shortfest was a super well organised festival and we hope to attend again in the years to come.
